What this site provides
This site offers an informational view of the flight category (VFR, MVFR, IFR, or LIFR) from the most recent METAR observation at selected US airports, using a public NOAA data feed. Data may be delayed, incomplete, cached, or wrong, and observations may not reflect current conditions at the airport or anywhere else. This site is not a weather briefing and provides no forecasts, notams, TFRs, or airspace information.
Not for flight planning
This site must not be used for flight planning, pre-flight weather decisions, or in-flight decisions. Always obtain an official weather briefing and check current conditions through aviationweather.gov, 1800wxbrief.com, Flight Service, or another official source before any flight. Pilots remain solely responsible for the safety and legality of every flight.

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
